Our instructors are all fully qualified, will work closely with you to ensure you get the most out of each class, and are a whole lot of fun!
Resistance Endurance Circuit (R.E.C.) – is a workout combining both cardio and resistance training, using a wide range of equipment. The class will promote calorie burning and is fun for all fitness levels.
Light Resistance Endurance Circuit (Lite R.E.C.) – is a lighter pace of the R.E.C circuit aimed at our more senior participants or those recovering from injury, childbirth, or simply new to exercising. Lite R.E.C. is a cardio and strength combination class that alternates strength training to maintain healthy bones, with light cardio training to promote a healthy heart.
BodyCombat – is an empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Tae Kwan Do, Tai Chi, and Muay Thai.
BodyBalance – is the Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration, and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves, and poses to music creates a holistic workout that brings the body to a state of harmony and balance.
Step it Up – is an advanced freestyle step-cardio workout. A whole lot of sweat and a whole lot of fun.
Zumba – is a fun, highly motivated, latin aerobic dance class, influenced by salsa, samba, hip hop and more. Discover the dancer within, even with no dance experience.
Zumba Gold – is a lower intensity version of the Zumba class, and is influenced by meringue, cha cha, salsa, flamenco, and rock & roll. Get your gym shoes on and get ready to boogie and have fun while you work out.
Mat Pilates – is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs.
Yoga – stretches and strengthens all parts of the body as well as focusing on breathing, coordination, and flexibility.
